Reading the tea leaves both California and New York look like they may go ahead with a Marshall Law plan.

Today as of now they have 12,345 new cases. That is 90% of the new cases in the US. That is a doubling of cases and a nightmarish number. New York by itself has more total reported cases than all but 5 countries. I would say that warrants the strictest guidelines feasible.

One has to think that the highly utilized subways, taxis and ride sharing has to likely play a part in the large number of cases in that area.

Big correction in the New York number on worldometers.info. Now showing 5,429 new cases today instead of the 12,000 plus they had on there earlier today.

Grocery stores, gas stations, hardware stores staying open. He never touched on liquor stores though, glad I stocked up on Friday just in case.
