December 8, 200619 yr Tom Brady, I thought we were talking about Greg Brady.....its becoming clear now.   :jump: :bunny:
December 8, 200619 yr They are using his image for profit. That means he gets a cut. It's not that hard to grasp... I agree...while it may seem petty, it is the way the world goes round. I just don't understand how Yahoo! didn't think this would happen or why they didn't pay him in some form....oh well....
December 8, 200619 yr Like you'd let it slide if you were in his shoes. If they use your likeness, you get paid... :thumb:
December 15, 200619 yr Brady lost a small amount of my respect over the past week. Seems the Dolphins defense lost some for him too  It's simple, they use his likeness and make $ so they have to share some $ with him
December 16, 200619 yr Thats just sad, I mean its only a little picture of him playing football. I mean if it was something else, and showed him with his shirt off her something I would understand. But I guess thats just rich people for you.

December 16, 200619 yr how much money would he be paid if they paid him for it anyway? Is it even worth it?
December 16, 200619 yr He is frustrated about the way his team is playing. He still is one of the Greatest to play the game though.
December 17, 200619 yr how much money would he be paid if they paid him for it anyway? Is it even worth it? Not the point. The point is they are using his likeness to make money. Period. For those in question, imagine if someone was making money using pictures of your child, your wife, or yourself. Anyone in here want to claim that they wouldn't feel entitled to compensation? Yahoo! made a big time business boo-boo, and will pay for doing so. Such is life. And if you think this is bad, just imagine the guys who collect money every time slogans are used like "three-peat", etc.
