Habib
For using his image to promote their fantasy football league. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/1207061brady1.html I say more power to him, but I think he's losing his 'golden boy' image with this and slamming college quarterbacks... gametime
Come on Tom. Like you'd let it slide if you were in his shoes. If they use your likeness, you get paid...
SvFan4life
IMO it's petty. Who cares if they use his image. He is going to sue people that put his picture on their powerpoint presentations that are presented to college classes? I mean really, who cares that his face is on there. It isn't making or breaking the Yahoo fantasy leagues and yes they probably should have asked for his consent but still yet it's nothing to sue over! That means he gets a cut. It's not that hard to grasp...

bellalumni40
I have played Yahoo! football all year and never even noticed Brady was the player they used. I dont think Yahoo! gained any players by using Brady over anyone else. That being said, its not hard to believe. I guess its too bad that NE isnt paying Brady very well. oldrambler
Brady lost a small amount of my respect over the past week. Mine also, :thumb: I do however think that he should be paid if a company like Yahoo uses his image for proffit. I also think that he may be making too much out of it. Maybe his new roommate is T.O. ..............Not!:sssh: (he's not close to being that bad)

Jim Schue
I agree wholeheartedly with Brady. It's a copywright/trademark-type infringement, not at all indifferent from the millions of stickers people put on their cars and trucks of the Calvin character either urinating on the carmaker or driver number of someone the vehicle owner doesn't like or of Calvin praying. Bill Watterson would probably be a billionaire if there weren't all these theives out there stealing his intellectual property to make money for themselves. You've got to draw a line in the sand somewhere.
