Habib
Why should it matter what day it is when he objects to his image being stolen? It doesn't. But I doubt a lot of people are sympathizing with a multi-millionaire suing a company over a picture. This is just going to be in the news while he still has games to play. I just think he should focus on football now and take care of his business in the offseason. But, it's his prerogative.
Auxier RiverRat
How many people play yahoo fantasy football? Could yahoo turn thousands to millions against Brady by shutting the game down this week due to a lawsuit from Tom Brady? Just a thought.

And for pulling such a petty stunt millions would never play Yahoo FFB again. Real solid business plan...

They would lose some but people would blame Brady just as much. I dont blame Brady for this but he can go 2 ways with this if he sues for money and not just the removal of the image............... 1. Win a ton of money and buy a new car or house or boat or anything. 2. Win a ton of money and donate it to a charity. There is a big difference here and will tell the story of if he is right or not. gametime
Maybe you should show me where i said he doesnt do charity work already or where I said he wouldnt take #2. You lay out some serious questions about his character because he wants compensation for the use of his image. First you suggest that Yahoo try to turn everyone against him because THEY failed to follow procedure on endorsements. Then we will know all we need about if he's right or not by how he spends they money owed him if he should win? I'd say it's getting a bit deep in here... Auxier RiverRat
You are never wrong when it comes to someone elses thoughts on here and Im too tired to argue with you so Ill leave it alone. You win, you know exactly my thoughts on Brady. I've only got what you typed. Clarify if needed. cvillecat
True. You'd think Yahoo! would have seen this coming... I'm sure they understood. It is bringing them more publicity than a commercial. They will bargain an agreement with TB and his agent, so all parties will benefit in the end.
Auxier RiverRat
Noticed the word Could, I didnt say yahoo should do that, I just threw it out there. and I didnt say if I thought he would take #1 or #2 I just stated he had 2 ways he could go. Like I said, sure Yahoo could pull the plug on Fantasy Football right at the start of the playoffs, cost people millions total, and try to blame it on Brady. But as I said, that would be an awful business move for Yahoo at best. I'm sure ESPN wouldn't mind. It would do their business wonders next year. 2. Who cares what he does with HIS money if he gets any from this? If someone used something that was yours to make money without your permission, I know I could care less what you do with the cash you earned. I guess I just don't get why you asked either question...
