Tigers by 2 TDs. BW is certainly playing its best ball of the season at just the right time.

I think this will be a very good test for both teams. I think NewCath's defense is playing well right now and Beechwood's offense will really put them to the test. In my opinion this is a tossup and I think the winner comes out less than 3 points either way.

This looks like a defensive slugfest. Both team's defenses are playing well. Has Beechwood's offense improved enough to score 3 touchdowns against a very good defense?

This is a huge game for Beechwood. In the past this game has meant very little in the grand scheme of things except it is still a rivalry. This year this game means a lot for both teams. When RPI is involved every win means a lot and every loss is a missed opportunity. Beechwood needs this to attempt to stay ahead of Breathitt County and while I think Breathitt may still pass them with them going against a team from a higher class. Beechwood needs all the momentum they can muster going into the playoffs. They have to stay grounded and keep taking it one game at a time.

Beechwood 24

NCC 21

Is Jefferson for NCC playing? Looked like he was hurt. Seen him at the end of Bellevue game on the sidelines with crutches. That will definitely have an impact in the game.

Always a good matchup, and good rivalry amongst these teams. Beechwood firing on all cylinders at the perfect time and likewise to NCC. Have to be a homer on this one and pick my tigers but by 7 or less. Think it’s very close and comes down to the final minutes.

Beechwood convincingly. NCC is good, but haven't played anything close to the schedule the Tigers have, especially in last six weeks.

The difference will be Tigers' junior QB Cam Hergott, who, with all due respect to the sensational NCC duo of Paul Kremer and Caleb Jefferson, will be the best player on the field Friday night. He's played the best football of his young career over the last month.

I agree. I think Beechwood will roll, especially if Jefferson is out. 31-7 Tigers.

Series record is 28-14 in Beechwood's favor. Over the last 10 years it is 7-3 in Beechwood's favor as well.

I don’t know if Beechwood rolls, but they will win. If they do cruise, it solidifies that once again Coach Rash and staff have looked at the hand they were dealt This year and smoked the table. If they do cruise, it should be a strong sign of another month of football in Ft Mitchell.......

The job that coaching staff has done this season after getting mollywhipped the first five games...unbelievable. Agree, a strong showing tomorrow means good things ahead in the playoffs.

Also, consider tomorrow night is senior night so there's that to add on top of it.

I’m very curious and super excited to see what this game does to the RPI rankings as well. I know this last week of games will really make or break some seedings, and who travels where for the playoffs. I know that has to be the big topic in the locker room. Can’t wait to see it all unfold!

Anybody hearing anything on the availability tonight of Caleb Jefferson? Would be a huge loss for NCC tonight if Jefferson is unable to play.

Big game for NCC and their RPI standings with Louisville Holy Cross hosting AA Walton-Verona tonight. If the Breds can knock off Beechwood, get those RPI points and then Walton-Verona knocks off Lou. HC, theoretically NCC could leap into the #4 spot. If that happens, and everything falls as it should, NCC would host instead of travel in round 3.

My guess is Jefferson plays. Lot on the line tonight for Coach Lickert and his squad.
