CovCath does have class; but they will whump the Tigers as long as Coach E keeps the pedal on the gas. Hard to ask 2nd/3rd team players to do less than 100% when they finally get their game time.

I don't think either team is as good this year as they have been the last couple years. So I say the score stays right around where it has been the last couple years, 45-7.

I'm not seeing that. Cov Cath didn't get a running clock on Dixie in the first half. I can't imagine they're going to turn around and do it to Beechwood. I'm not sold on this even being a running clock win, honestly.

CCH wins but not counting on running clock. Rivalries can be funny. Take them seriously and get a win.

I love that the game is played. Less than 2 miles separates them and it is a huge community event. And Because every now and then the little guy knocks the big guy off the porch.

As I mentioned above I think this game will be a running clock too but I can't commit to one by halftime.

 

The Beechwood team I saw on film does not have the athletes up front to slow CCH down.

 

With all that said obviously CovCath wants to "take it easy" on Beechwood because CovCath wants Beechwood to keep playing them every year.

 

At some point the Beechwood Powers that be have to look past the money and do what is right. This is a bad game/series for Beechwood.
