Best Midfield Logos

Featured Replies

Holmes by far has one of the best new fields in the state, along with one of the best stadium backdrops as far as scenery to go with it. Holmes has to be a top 5 here.

    Barren County.  Very nice facility!

  • Who has the best midfield logos? Fern Creek uses the Tiger Eye (LSU). While it isn’t original it is hand painted with an aerosol wand no template. Former Defensive Coordinator Don Hillerich retire

I like a lot of these, I am partial to the hand painted ones, although I don’t help much anymore with the paint crew, I have put in my time at Southern, Atherton, Manual, and Fern Creek. Fairdale does the same Bulldog as Holmes but painted on grass with a stencil. Bryan Station wins the biggest, Longest award. I love Danville’s incorporating the state outline and their anchor

Somerset’s little kid field is awesome. Years ago when I was working with the Louisville Bulls a bunch of the players kids would play games behind the bleachers or wherever there was room (we played lots of places).

The kid that organized the games was none other than PRP Head Coach Tommy Williams. Tommy’s Dad and Uncle played then later Tommy and his brother Josh p,aged for the Bulls.

I didn't realize so many fields had artificial turf---at least they appeared that way to me from the images.

It’s become a huge number the last several years. I think we had a thread on BGP a couple years ago that showed all the turf fields. I’m sure that list is out of date now.

Is Carroll County's field in the same place it's always been? It's obviously been upgraded to turf, but I don't remember there being a track around the field back when I played.

Same place. They did a renovation about five years ago. They’ve had a track for at least the last 20 years.

Love all those pics....Can only image all the Big wins and heartbreaks on those fields of glory....

Cannot get photo to upload sorry.

I think it's about time Russell updates its logo. Maybe take a page from Arizona State.

I always liked when Russell used Sparky, the old Arizona State logo.

I am a big fan of the entire Russell program.

Loved McGlone, always respected and enjoyed their fans (may be my favorite fanbase), like the community a whole lot in general and would totally raise my family there, love the setting of the school/stadium up on a hill, like that their facility has it's own personality.

Fleming County's field. Their logo is an outline of the county with the Panther head in it.

I wouldn't mind Sparky at mid-field. Russell's used so many different variations of the R and devil logos over the years that I've lost track.

I hope that logo sticks around for many years to come. It's a good one.
