April 26, 20197 yr The reaction at MetLife Stadium was pretty funny when the Giants selected Jones. That said, I do not wish that type of pressure on anyone. And we can say about every single draft selection, "we will not know if it is a good one until two to three years down the road," but the Giants recent moves make you take pause with any decision they make; even more so a QB decision that nobody saw coming.

So wouldnt really have changed much financially no matter who they drafted in 2nd. Plus he took Carson first overall to sit for a whole year. So that kind of goes against your statement.

Time to join present day Mike Brown. It’s only a family business. You actually though Mike was gonna invest into a QB while paying Dalton 15+ for two years?
