December 2, 20187 yr It's amazing that as dominant as UGA looked most of the game that Bama was able to stay within reach. That missed FG by UGA was nearly as big a play as the fake punt.
December 2, 20187 yr No way some of those conference champs deserve to get in...heck I don't like the idea of ANY automatic berths, even for power conferences. If it's 4, 6, 8 or how ever many...pick the best and go. No way the PAC champ deserves to be in the top 10, let alone the playoffs. If Northwestern wins tonight, they still aren't a top 10 team and shouldn't get an auto bid. Absolutely agree. Go with the top 8 teams in the nation and play. The same for basketball, rank them 1 to 64 and go.
