Who wins and why?

Have to believe LexCath will win again, but it sure would be sweet if the Flyers could pull the upset.

Lexington Catholic wins this one. Should be a good game, but LC has too many weapons.

I am going with the Flyers. The reason is Lex Cath doesn't believe that the Flyers stand a chance. I know that the kids at Franklin County will be ready because the believe they can win. Which in my opinion is half the battle.

The thing about playing Lex Cath is you can't make any mistakes. Their skill kids are as good as any in the state. One bad angle, missed takle, poor punt etc and it's six points. Last game the difference was a returned punt and kick for scores.

If the refs call Catholic for holding against Franklin like they did last night, the Knights could be in trouble. Sure they got an easy win last night as expected, but they did have a lot of penalties.

I dont think the Knights believe that at all. They almost lost to the Flyers in the begining of the season, though i do expect the Flyers to come in hyped looking for revenge. But i think Lexcath O will just be too much for the Flyer D.

After the last game between these two, I think LexCath knows that FC is capable of beating them. On the other hand, the LexCath defense seems to have picked it up a notch since then and I expect FC not to be able to score as well.

I have to go with Catholic but since Franklin beat us last week I hope that the Flyers can go in there and pull the upset we are behind ya Franklin.

This is one of those games where the teams are evenly matched and that I believe the game will be won by the team that lost the first game.

I agree with Hip Hop Box about the need for FC to do a better job with special teams. It was the difference for LC first meeting.

 

I'm wondering what FC's road uinforms will look like after their 4th week in row in the mud.

 

The turf should be a welcomed change for the Flyers.

 

I am obviously a huge Kaelin Ammons fan. He has the heart of a Lion and I can guarantee that he will leave everything he has on the field next Friday. I would love to see FC get the win and silence the doubters about Ammons legitamacy as a Mr. Football candidate. This will be the biggest game of his High School career.

 

If you like High School Football this is a game you don't want to miss.

The knights are much better than they were in the last meeting between the two teams. FC had better come to play to have a chance.
