  1. Based on this criteria, I'd say Marty Jaggers at Mercer Co. has a great job. Support from Administration (Superintendent) is 100%!! Pay (word around town) is around $85,000 both teaching/coaching Teaching Schedule is Homebound Approximately 9 assistants with other support staff Middle School & Little League Feeder Programs Fan Support is incredible (especially with a State Title in 2006) Budget is also very good as 1 of the booster parents indicated they have about $40,000 carry over from last year and they don't have to buy uniforms, equipment, etc. with this. The district pays for those expenses. Oh... and don't forget the new indoor athletic facility which is second to none in the state (public schools that is).
  2. Danville obviously made a statement tonight.
  3. Lexington Catholic wins this one. Should be a good game, but LC has too many weapons.
  4. Ashland has a good team, but it seems to be Johnson Central's year. JC - 42 A - 7
  5. Thanks! Can't believe I overlooked that... Guess I'm still in shock over the QB getting suspended. Though BGPreps may not be the most professional place to state the reasons why the QB was suspended, it appears 'professionalism' and being fair isn't the main priority at MC. I sure hope this doesn't happen to a basketball player during the Regional or State Tourney. Oh wait... I don't think they would dare do that to a bball player! But you better believe, everyone will be watching to make sure that all athletes are handled in the same manner and that all abide by the principal's rules! We sure wouldn't want any discrimination among the sports here!
  6. Have the reasons why the QB was out been explained yet? Does anybody know what happened here?
  7. Dunno... Ask the Mason Co. principal. He may know...
  8. that's great!!:thumb: I think he's the one to go with heading in to the playoffs... IMO
