October 29, 200619 yr Chris Henry has the potential to be Randy Moss-like in the NFL if he gets his head screwed on . I think I've heard that before.
October 29, 200619 yr Or maybe our D is terrible. Possibly but its two weeks in a row that he's lit up a defense. On the other hand, his passer rating was 26th coming in.
October 29, 200619 yr I do agree if you put some pressure on him and contain the ends, he looks pretty bad, problem is it's tough to do that with our weak D.
October 29, 200619 yr The 3rd and 16 was the nail in the coffin, no excuse for that. Even when the Bengals had a LB shading MV he beat them to the corner, very sad display by the D. I think they beat Baltimore next week but this team has a long way to go.
October 29, 200619 yr Chris Henry has the potential to be Randy Moss-like in the NFL if he gets his head screwed on . Wouldn't this make him Randy Moss like already. I don't think that anyone has ever accused Moss of having a good head on his shoulders. Moss just plays for a coach that is willing to put up with more than Lewis.

October 30, 200619 yr I hate to sound like a whiner, but we didn't seem to get many calls. The roughing the passer on Miller was horrible. There was a catch in the first half where the reciever wasn't inbounds, (I couldn't believe Marvin didn't review it.)

October 30, 200619 yr The Bengals didn't throw deep or downfield a lot today. They threw short on 1st and 2nd down and were abused on the blitz on nearly every third down. Why didn't they throw the ball downfield on 1st and 2nd down? Where did Rudi go? What good was the Play Action calls late when we obviously weren't running the ball? Crumpler is flat good and Vick is flat amazing. He really seems to be coming in to his own as a passer. Even when the Bengals were able to get some pressure he was able to avoid it, face it, take it, and still make the plays. He didn't run today and flat torched us with his athleticism. He's unreal. I'm hoping Brooks and Thurman are ready to play middle in the 3-4 next season!!! How can you get pressure on a QB rushing 3 guys?
October 30, 200619 yr You're right. It certainly wasn't the fault of the Bengal defense … That roughing the passer call wasn't and I didn't blame the officials (like I still do in the Tampa Bay game), but both calls were horrible and against the Bengals. I missed any bad calls going their way.
October 30, 200619 yr I (I couldn't believe Marvin didn't review it.) The lack of a good replay IMO caused them to not challenge it.
