Ashland 28 Boyd County 21

Featured Replies

Very emotional game for me tonight as I watched and went thru Senior night festivities with my son. Nearly lost it on the way out onto the field but managed to hold it together. This is a really good group of boys who I really enjoyed watching grow up together and was proud to see some JFL Browns alumns have a good game (Burns, McDavid, Cordle and Walters).

The game ended just about as I predicted, a 7 point game, so now it's time for the kids to get focused and ready for the playoffs.

I wish I could have been there to yell insults at you, but it was my wife's birthday. Besides mom gave the tickets away. :irked:

What? There wasnt one Boyd fan that called for a Domination at all....Was we predicting Boyd to win...Absolutely....But no one other than Ashland Fans called for Domination...

Everyone said Ashland could score at will, they could pass on us all night, or they could name the score....guess what.....WRONG.

But from me to you.....Congratulations on the victory.....See ya next year.:thumb:

Not sure I remember too many of these quotes.

Man that one really hurts. I should have left you at Johnson Central. :fight:

Not quite the domination that the Ashland faithful had predicted.

Why do you even care?

Good job seniors.

You obviously didn't read all of the post. I hardly think everyone said Ashland could score at will, or name the score.

There were three post that called for Ashland to "dominate the ballgame" The average margin doesn't mean a thing because GIAT and momcat had it very lopsided Ashland's way, and I don't think they would predict Ohio State to beat Ashland.

Sounds RIGHT to me.

Dont make me vomit....:p

Come on now....We all are rooting for Raceland to do some good things this Postseason...so dont ruin it, by the sappy comments...:thumb:

What sappy comments, I gave congrats to Ashland and stated that Raceland was behind them, thats all.:irked::rolleyes: I meant no disrespect to BC at all. I happen to be like a lot of Raceland folks in that we pull for the Tomcats with the exception of our game with them. There are a lot of close ties between the two school systems besides football. Don't jump on another fan if your Lions couldn't beat them. This has nothing at all to do with Boyd Co. or trying to cut them. Just giving a :thumb: to the Tomcats on a win, nothing more.

RedBlood, I started to PM you for a bet on this one. Winner would have gotten the others Avatar. But I didn't think you could be trusted with mine. In case our bus got hijacked on the way to the stadium.

Majority....Your statements were part of the Minority, if you go back deep and look....

The Rivalry games are very hard to predict, and are never blowouts.

Why the Saturday night game?

Someone decided that football couldn't be played in the mud last night.

Thats cool, but a little secret....Boyd is still playing more games too...:thumb:
