Congrats to Michael and the entire Mayer clan!

Good decision Michael. One of the finest universities in the country.

Congratulations. Always nice to see KY boys making it to the top tier schools.

Congrats Michael!

I can't wait to see you playing on TV for the Fighting Irish.

Awesome! Go Irish!

Under Kelly's offense he could thrive, lets hope Kelly is still there by then.

Congrats.. that is great to hear.

I know, right? That picture was from several months ago...as a sophomore. I can't say that I ever even laid eyes on a high school sophomore who was that big during my high school days.

Artie Steinmetz was pretty big as a Sophomore.

ND got a good one. ND should went after Coldiron, Butler and AJ also.

Congrats!!! Was there ever a doubt? Lol!

Go Irish!!!

Looks to be another Frank Jacobs , TE from NKY at ND (if memory serves).

Hopefully Michael gets a picture like that. TD catch in the '89 Fiesta Bowl to help win the 1988 National Title.

I hope not. Nothing against Michael at all. I wish him nothing but the best, but ... I don't want Notre Dame winning any national titles, especially with Brian Kelly as coach. :sorry:

Just did a little more homework. Notre Dame is scheduled out through 2020...no Redhawks. Booooo!

The only game Notre Dame has scheduled thus far for 2021 is Wisconsin. Keeping my fingers crossed that Miami sneaks back in there.

I'm sure they're taking suggestions.

Congrats to the Mayer family.
