May 21, 20188 yr Now that I am older and my body reminds me of that I take long hot soaks in the tub with some healing Epsom salt in the water. A beer with that has been a more enjoyable experience for me than the shower. Now THIS is a good idea.
May 22, 20188 yr I was in Minnesota working for two weeks last summer. Picked up a case of Spotted Cow in Wisconsin on the way. Found that those made real good shower beers. While that may answer the question posed in the opening post of this thread, I know that isn't much help since New Glarus doesn't distribute outside of Wisconsin.
May 22, 20188 yr Must be a millennial thing?? Don’t get it. I'm almost 44, and I enjoy a nice shower beer at the end of the work day. Especially on hot days when I've had to be up on roofs.
May 22, 20188 yr I enjoy shower beers from time to time. If I’m having a shower beer it’s typically Bud Light. That way if it accidentally warms up from the shower steam, there is no harm in calling it a loss. I wouldn’t want to waste a higher value beer.

Many craft beers offer the most flavor at a warmer temp. The opposite for those macro adjunct offerings.

May 22, 20188 yr Those who work in a cubical all day or those who have their yard work done for them just won't get it. It's as refreshing as a cool rain and a ice cold sweet tea. Some may look down upon it from their posts in life. But I see it as a successful finish to a hard days work sometimes.
May 22, 20188 yr I honestly have no experience with this, and though not exactly sure why, I am a bit intrigued by the idea, however my first hunch says to use good sense and drink from a can, and not a glass bottle or mug. Broken glass in the shower just sounds too much like trouble.

I work in a "cubicle" all day and enjoy a nice cold shower brew quite often. :idunno: After cutting grass, particularly on a hot day like yesterday, there's nothing more refreshing.

The hot water feels so good and the cold beer is the best ever. Think of it as pampering yourself - inside and out.
