BGP QOTD: What's the grossest, nastiest thing you've ever eaten?

Featured Replies

For me, it's probably black pudding.

I've had a handful of types of blood sausage and wasn't 100% disgusted, but the "black pudding" variant I tried in the UK was downright revolting.

Liver is very high on my list. But hands down, the worst thing I've ever eaten is muskrat.

I've not had muskrat...but I've eaten bobcat and it was really bad too.

Sauerkraut, it will not stay down, guaranteed.

Sauerkraut is also very high on my list.

I can't think of many things that I've eaten that are super gross. I'm not really opposed to trying anything.

I guess a cicada.

Black bear. Greasy and almost rancid tasting.

Tofu

Guacamole. The taste, texture, & color are plain awful!

Haggis.

Did you have the real recipe, or a stripped down version that is legal in the US?? Either way, I'm not sure leaving out a few elements would make it any better.
