I saw where A J is on the baseball roster, is he playing this year

 

If he is it’s a lock that the Colonels win a baseball regional. I would put the damn kid on every roster in the school for every sport ! HE could help every sport win somehow!

He did play those two years. What is even more interesting is there are a lot of differences between that roster, and what is posted on the school site. On the KHSAA one it shows several guys who did not try out, and at least one who was cut. There also are names of players on the team and on the school roster, who are not on the KHSAA one.

I wonder how he could do at Bass fishing?

KHSAA roster now updated for CovCath. Mayer not playing baseball this year.

I don’t think so. I think they’d beat Winton Woods. Fern Creek and Cooper would have been toss ups, but still would have lost to Leesburg, IMO.

Wanted to mention Bill Topmiller ('71) as one of the best all-around athletes to play at Cov Cath. All-state in three sports - football, basketball, and baseball. Member of four Regional Champion teams: Basketball - '69, '70, and '71; Baseball - '70. Played football and a little baseball while picking up an engineering degree at Vanderbilt.
