Who is on Cooper’s staff? As good a coach as Sully is, that has to be a great learning experience for whomever he has in staff.

I forgot about Dennie being at Boyle he is from up in my neck of the woods at the other Carter Co. School West Carter. He was a good player and a good guy from a really good family.

Another could be Danny Edelen from Male. He was at North Oldham and Waggener as a head coach before. Been an assistant the last few years. Has a stud 8th grade son. He could potentially land a job next season.

What does quite have to do with coaching as long as you win, could be a good thing.

I don't know enough about assistant coaches to offer much of an opinion, but I second the motions on Brent Sowder & Dennie Webb. Both are good coaches, good role models, & good men.

Agree about Sowder. He’s a gym rat. Puts in the time and has already had good success as a head coach for AAU. Great guy too!!

Why did Sowder leave Cooper?
