P_G
Who are some of the best, or your favorite middle-infield combos? I mentioned Alomar/Vizquel in the HoF thread, and Pokey/Nomar is probably my favorite. Pokey/Barry was a good one too. And BP/Cozart were as sure-handed as they come. Who comes to mind for you? rjs4470
Some of my all-time favorites, that aren't already mentioned here: Herr and Ozzie White and Patek Trillo and Bowa Little Joe and Davey is, obviously, my all-time favorite! Being a Philly fan, I really wanted to say this one. However, although they won a World Series together, they just didn't play together long enough. Only 3 years. Which is why I feel Rollins/Utley is the top Phillies DP duo., and one of the top 4 or 5 of all time. Both great defensively, and offensively.
