Tell me how this comment is necessary???

And if you're going to sit there and tell me that with the game on the line, had Golden Boy Palmer been hit like that NOBODY would have said anything...I smell bull.....

Simple. You calling out homerism is shenanigans (bugatti 2002). Plain and simple... :p

Do not blame the official, even though that was a "suspect" call, the NFL allows for judegment calls, which is exactly what that was. With that, all Cincy had to do, was stop them, beyond that, you should score mroe than 13 points with all of those weapons. I wanted to see the Bengals win, but something doesn't seem to be right in Cincinnati.

When you have more than 10 key players out, that tends to happen...

^ Sure, but the great teams overcome....the offense should still be producing, you and I both know that.

Doesn't seem to in New England.

With a healthy line, they'd be fine. It's tough when you have 4 different starting OLs in 5 games. It also looks like Levi could be gone for a while, and you know there aren't many teams that run that type of O who can lose the C and LT (and replace them with a 1 year and rookie) and just keep rolling along. The sky isn't falling, but it's getting cloudy if EG and Whit can't get up to speed quickly...

Yes it does. Are you telling me they are just as good as they used to be???

^ heck no, but they have the luxory of a lesser division. That's something that the Bengals can not afford. The really let the Steelers back in yesterday.,

Golden boy gets sacked all the time and his head hits the ground:eek: and no one ever says a word.

They will be in the playoffs with a chance to go to the Super Bowl. Not looking good for the Bengals and the Bengals are not presently a playoff caliber team. Can they end up that way, YES. Are they now, NO WAY.

Also, calls into question the continual point on Marvin's selection of character question draft picks. With injuries and the team hurting, two of his recent picks are gone and not there to replace/help offset the loss of those players because of character issues. When the W's are piling up, no problem with Odell and Henry.

But when the offense is struggling, Henry's absence is glaring. When the LB's can't get the job done, Odell's absence is glaring. And while those two carry the blame, Marvin should get his only little slice for choosing players and disregarding character issues.

It happened to Cincy last year in Jacksonville. I heard no bengals fans calling it a cheap shot sack. Carson got hit, lost the ball on the game winning drive and the game was over.
