My cousins husband played at Butler. He absolutely loves everything about that place!

Butler and Dayton, like the rest of the Pioneer Conference, do not offer athletic scholarships in football. Wolford has recruited NKY in the past so I would love to see him there as they are a heavy run team and he would fit there so I’m hoping they come through with an offer. Whatever he decides best of luck but I agree that the young man can play despite not having the prototypical measurables.

I don't disagree with your thought, but Butler is $50K + in tuition, room and board, he will get help with his 28 on the ACT. Morehead on the other hand will probably cover his tuition with the 28, sure he can pick up some other monies to cover a portion of room and board. Butler is a better football option, but considering he, along with the other 99% of young men who play college football, is not going to play in the league. I have experience with this, play football and enjoy the experience because you love it, keep your debt to a minimum as those debts unfortunately can outlive the positive football memories.

Daytons actually a really good school depending on what he plans on majoring in. Good for Jake. One of the Ryle posters will have to set up a BGP day trip to go to a home game and watch him play.

Dayton is a great school. 58k a year is steep but I have a lot of friends who loved UD. Congrats Jake.
