Kentucky 24-20.

Cats by 10. Vandy is marginally better than the rest of the horrific SEC teams. Cats will play angry after Ole Miss.

University of Defensive Confusion will lose to Vandy to go 6-4 on way to another 6-6 season. Love to be wrong, but the end of game collapsing Kool Aid just tastes acidic.

I'll be in attendance so hopefully UK pulls out the W or else it will be a rough night in Nashville along with a long car ride back to Richmond on Sunday.

Does Vandy have a decent passing game. If so, Vandy has a good shot at winning. The good news is that Vandy's defense against the run has been poor this year.

I am rooting for UK; I am even picking UK to win.

What I'm NOT doing is investing much emotional energy in them.

The hype machine (which includes Stoops) worked in building hope and vision. Unfortunately, it worked a bit too well in building expectations. And when those expectations are consistently not met, I tend to divorce myself emotionally.

If Alabama can roll into Nashville and demolish Vanderbilt 59-0 on the Commodores own home field, so can UK, unfortunately, Kentucky is not Vandy but the Cats still should pick up the W.

UK 41-30

Cats won’t even need a punter in this one.

UK will put up a few more points. 38-28.

I told a buddy last week that if the cat's lose to Ole Miss, they will drop the next two as well. I stand by that statement. UL is the only game UK may win the rest of the regular season and that's certainly not a given.

UK is hands down better than Vandy and it will show.
