Is it possible that they've lost to two of the ten best teams in Kentucky one year after losing their quarterback to a Big Ten school?

I just read in another thread that CovCath was going to win state so why would a win over Ryle be a total shock?

Ryle should win this week. But the passing game is a question mark and injuries.

I'd say they are fairly typical of NKy 6A. At least they have stepped up and played real competition.

And all this from just one game? Hey Ryle, I guess you should just cancel your season. :ohbrother:

I don't make much of it, wouldn't be surprised if the NKY 6A district ends up being competitive.

Well, two glaring areas need attention. The coaches will have to earn their keep in these early weeks to address the need. I don't know Ryle's upcoming schedule but it would help them if they were not going against their tougher opponents early in the season.

THIS. 6A or 5A is irrelevant, CovCath has potentially their most potent offense in their storied history.

That was a CovCath person saying they were going to win state? People say lots of things.

They have Henry Clay, Boone, Highlands, then Dixie coming up. If they are taking on water fine, but I have faith that the studs wills step up with buckets and bail out the water so to speak. If seen these seniors have a huge impact on last season's team. They know how to win, yes a lot was lost, but I'm pretty sure they will bounce back.
