July 5, 20179 yr The Atlanta Hawks baffle me. They never made an offer to Millsap. The city is fronting $142 million in arena improvements, partially for a tenant that already is one of the worst draws in the league. Fancy digs ain't gonna make a difference. They've had nothing I'd pay to watch in years, and I won't even watch them for free on FSN. Rudderless.
