Some other Islamic nut in the middle east will take his place and could be as bad or worse as Bin Laden.

 

I really don't believe it will tear the Al Quaeda organization apart or anything like that, but it would be great if it did.

It'd be nice to think he's gone but just as was said above, he's already laid the foundation for some other nut case to continue his work. The only good aspects I can see as there won't likely be any one else with his ties, or money. However the support won't be hard for them to come up with..
