April 12, 20179 yr Author Please tell me this is true. If I'm him, I sue every network that ran his name through the mud as well as United. Guy is going to be one of the richest men in America when it's all said and done. :lol2: A few papers have already pulled their story. This is so amazing to watch from home!!!
April 12, 20179 yr Also I know some on twitter are saying his past is irrelevant, but I disagree. He was claiming he had to be at the hospital the next day . We now know he can only practice one day a week so it calls into question if his story is even true. With his history I'm not going to take his word for it. Or maybe they were smearing the name of the wrong guy and this guy really did have to be in the hospital the next day?

Not sure if you heard it, but he went all in on killing the doctor for his poor decision making skills and what he was trading pills for to get suspended.
April 12, 20179 yr Your boy Clay Travis was killing him today. Not sure if you heard it, but he went all in on killing the doctor for his poor decision making skills and what he was trading pills for to get suspended. Heard it on my way in this morning. Like I said, I don't agree with a lot of what he says, this being one of them, but I find him entertaining as can be.
April 12, 20179 yr We both know the name of the game is Voluntary Compliance but we also both know that some people only understand Force. I have a question for you HB20, do you think Police Officers should be tasked with and/or have the legal authority to intervene in civil/contractual disputes and use force when the "victim" has done nothing wrong and has not violated any laws? Could the plane be considered "private property", and the passenger (basically having his permission to be there revoked) be considered a tresspasser? Just curious.

If he's asked to leave and refuses to do so, is he trespassing? Either way, I read somewhere that they were not police officers, they were airport security.
April 12, 20179 yr Or maybe they were smearing the name of the wrong guy and this guy really did have to be in the hospital the next day? Either way, something was off with this guy. Right or wrong, he was asked to leave and instead of doing so he made them drag him out like a 3 year old, then ran back on the plane, then asked for someone to kill him ..
April 12, 20179 yr Could the plane be considered "private property", and the passenger (basically having his permission to be there revoked) be considered a tresspasser? Just curious. I am sure that is what United is going to claim but in a free society I don't think the law will ultimately support that type of bully behavior by United. And think about it, that type of behavior by authority figures takes us back to the time of Kingdoms. YOU! Off with your head!

What would your state of mind be after numerous confrontations, forcibly being taken off a plane, your face bloodied... I think we humans mostly get a pass at that point.

But he did - I believe he violated federal law by not following the instructions of a uniformed crew member when asked to leave the plane (when UA asked him to leave, before security) Everyone predicting $$$ for this guy in court...pretty sure no laws were broken, no matter how bad it looks. Maybe there will be a civil case...
April 12, 20179 yr Asked to leave based on what legal authority? I don't know, but Id think they reserve the right to remove passengers at any time and place them on a different plane, refund them, or both. They sold him a ticket but does that mean he has a right to fly on that specific plane no matter what?

I wouldn't flop on the ground like a 3 year old and make them drag me off the plane. I would get up and walk out like an adult. If i felt like they were wrong I'd take that up with someone later.
