March 2, 20179 yr Of the chains I would rank them Donatos Little Caesars Jets Papa John's Larosa's - Overpriced Snappy- bland Pizza Hut - Grease Pit Marcos - Super Grease Pit Dominoes - Sauce is horrible BTW like others, I would take a Kroger or even Sam's for that matter take and bake pizza over any of these.
March 2, 20179 yr I'm addicted to Blaze Pizza. Spoiled living in the foodie capital of the world I guess. Screw all the delivery pies. Blaze is good. We have Topp't here in E-Town that is similar. Most my non-homemade pizza comes from there.
March 2, 20179 yr Papa John's is probably my second least favorite of the big chains. But it's still pizza and not as horrible as some make it out to be. That being said, I only eat it when it's free. If I'm buying it's never going to be Papa John's unless it's literally the ONLY option. I most certainly am not paying extra for it. P.S. Little Caesar's is the absolute worst. Now that stuff I pretty much never eat, free or not.

March 2, 20179 yr We often just pick up a pizza from Kroger. Not the frozen ones, but the actual Kroger pizzas that just need cooked, not heated. I don't remember what they call them. Sometimes they even have them for $4.99. Pretty good quality in my opinion. Agreed. We buy those and freeze them, and always have a couple ready to go for a quick meal. We probably eat more of those than carryout pizza from any of the chains mentioned. If you guys are talking about the pizzas in the Kroger deli, no offense but I could never get past the god awful crust. It's about as bad as Chef Boyardee pizza kit dough...Yuck...the most basic floury nasty crap that I have ever had. :puke:
March 2, 20179 yr I know that Little Caesars tends to get mocked as being terrible, but when I have a hankering for pizza, but don't want to spend too much, a hot n' ready $5 pepperoni or sausage really isn't all that bad. Price wise, it's a damn good deal by comparison. Sure it's nothing fancy, but not nearly as awful as some make it out to be, and especially if it's fresh out of the oven. I won't go as far as saying it's the best, but it can hit the spot while also going easy on the wallet.
