No, and those who actively give aid and comfort to illegal aliens should be held accountable for their actions. When government officials shield illegal aliens from federal authorities, they should be criminally and civilly liable for any violent actions that the illegal aliens may commit while they are receiving sanctuary.

 

Let the mayors and members of sanctuary city councils face the victims and/or their families across a courtroom. If city governments are willing to place their constituents' lives and property at risk by aiding and abetting federal fugitives, then let them place their own lives, property, and families' financial welfare at risk as well.

A question. If a local LEO arrests you for a local crime and during the course of processing you are found to be wanted for a federal crime are they required to report that the the appropriate federal authorities?
