February 12, 20179 yr I don't know the agreements that various conferences have with one another, or whether most of them only use their own officials in-conference. But I believe the SEC and ACC use the same officials. That explains a lot now

Briscoe gets nit-picked to death, and I have been a little guilty of it myself (such as when he stepped out of bounds four times vs Louisville). But for those wishing he wasn't on the team or not playing much if he had to miss a few games they would be wanting him back in a hurry.
