TBG - do you need to bake something ? Chocolate Trifle is good. So is Death by Chocolate cake. Both are on Pinterest.

Doesn't have to be baked. Just something sweet/dessert. I found a cookies and cream cheese ball that might do the trick. Just checking out suggestions, so many thanks!

Don't do it! Make that once, and you're hooked.

Anybody see Matt Stonie superbowl eating challenge on YouTube. I think it was 75 Wings, large supreme pizza, 3 quarter pound cheeseburgers, 3 bowls of chili, family sized bag of Doritos, and a 2 liter of Coke in 1 hour.

I have made a pot of chili and a pot full of Little Smokies and meatballs in a chili-barabecue sauce. It looks like I will need to add a few extra pounds of meat to the sauce due to over "sampling."

I'm smelling my crockpot now. Chicken, corn, beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Walking tacos for the boys. Pretty chill Super Bowl Sunday here. Basketball tourney for the little guy, homework for the big guys and I'm writing a paper.

Dixie!

A Guacamole dip will be what we bring to the party we will be attending.

I will continue my 15 plus year tradition of not watching a single minute of this game.

Have enjoyed a glom of snacks including: roast beef wraps w/ hot sauce, cheeses and crackers, wings....the light beer is flowing and Mrs C1 is making meatloaf and garlic mash!

GO DIRTY BIRDS>>>

Bagel dip made with cream cheese and habanero jam. Spicy dip with velveta, hot sausage, hamburger meat and tomato and green chili Rotell. Shrimp and cocktail sauce. Crock pot of my steak tip chilli. Turtle and strawberry cheesecake bites...

I have some Jamaican jerk rubbed wings in the oven and will finish them off on the grill. Also making 2 pounds of beef sliders fill gorgonzola cheese powder along with other spices. Another pound of bison sliders also sporting the cheese/spice combo.

Wings are killer. Thanks to Colnel De and his spot on the Saturday morning news.

I ended up making the meatballs with chil sauce and grape jelly, first ever attempt at that sauce and it was great.

Party also had hot and BBQ wings from Old Chicago, homemade queso, baked spaghetti, Spinelli's pizza, chicken salad sandwiches, several other chips and dips, salsa, a jalapeño cheddar bake thing that was great, cookies (chocolate chip & peanut butter with Reese's cups on them)

Only about 16 people so I brought home half a big crockpot of meatballs.
