He can be a real idiot at times. He thinks because he has moles he knows all. Zero respect for the guy.

I mean I used to think he was real entertaining, but when he goes on like this it's the worst.

He said what the guy did was a crime. Breaking it down to it's basics, he stole property from someone (the WF Football program) that wasn't his. He then gave that stolen property to another, who knew the information was not his.

 

He seemed to be pretty confident that there is a criminal case against both Elrod and whomever he gave the information to.

Just some advice, don't let UK based media be your source on Jurich information. Tom Jericho has proven to be one of the Athletic Directors in the country. Anyone who looks at UL athletics as a whole and not just Pitino and Petrino know this to be true.

 

Absolutely. But it's not UK media. Mike and Mike are crushing Louisville this morning. I think most people outside of the state view Louisville as a win at all cost program. Not just UK fans.

The thing that baffles me about all of this, is how are Petrino and Jurich not on the same page with the statements they are going to make? From a "crisis management" standpoint, I don't understand how that happens.

I'm sure they will say that and I've never been a Football Coach, but having been a coach and knowing how much coaching staffs talk about every detail, I have a really hard time believing that didn't come up throughout the week.

No one is a bigger Louisville fan then I am, got my Citrus Bowl tickets yesterday.

 

That said something needs to change at Louisville. Pitino should have been gone after his first scandal and the recent one is a no brainer, the OC who says he got this stuff needs to be gone now. Jurich has done remarkable things at Louisville, no question, but no one is irreplaceable. Within one week now he's made two poor statements in the media. It's time for him to evaluate himself and make sure he really has control of this thing.

This excuse happens everywhere so don't make it look like a Louisville exclusive:

 

Eddie Sutton didn't know Dwane Casey shipped cash

Hal Mumme didn't know Claude Bassett supplemented HS coaches

John Callaperi didn't know at UMass or Memphis either one

Could be but UK media ALWAYS bashes UL so when you say your opinion of Jurich is shaped by UK media that is a problem. National media folks don't mean much to me either because they are all politically correct these days anyways. Especially at ESPN.

I will not get my UL news to shape my opinions about UL from UK media sources. I will not get my Duke news from UNC media to shape my opinions. I will not get UNC news from Duke sources to shape my opinion. I will not get UK news from UL sources to shape my opinion.

 

Not really. In the last year or so I have had problems with things Mike Smith and Jemelle Hill have said to things Stev Young and Trent Dilder has said, do I even need to mention Stephen A. Smith's name, Skip Bayless, Jalen Rose, Mike and Mike, Big head Mike Wilbon, Tony K.....I pretty much don't like many of them anymore. Matthew Berry and Field Yates are probably my two favorites as this point. And Jay Williams. He is the GOAT. I can do without everyone else. Put their off camera conversations on TV then we have much better conversations.

I agree on the bolded...there are a lot of media outside of UK Media saying UofL, Jurich, Petrino are wrong. I just don't think they are all biased against UofL, they think what has gone on there is wrong.
