All State Baseball Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 to prepare for Alabama... Pete Carroll opens the door for Washington to come scrimmage his Seahawks to prepare for Alabama - FootballScoop
TheDeuce Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 That's awesome. :lol2: I hope it can happen. Especially since Saban has used former NFL players to practice against his squad.
GrantNKY Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I can't see how that would be allowed, but if it is I don't see a problem with it. I don't know what tough team the Buckeyes could scrimmage to get ready for their game.

I don't know what tough team the Buckeyes could scrimmage to get ready for their game. Well, Cleveland was brought up, but Coach Meyer said since Cleveland probably wouldn't be bowl eligible if in the NCAA, he didn't think the Buckeyes would get much out of it.:idunno:
Wireman Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 That wouldn't be legal but Washington could bring in former NFL players to practice with the team. That's what Alabama does.
Wireman Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 It's legal as long as it isn't publicized or advertised.

OlDog75 Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 It's legal as long as it isn't publicized or advertised. AHHH, too many folks with those new fangled phone/camera thingamajigs!
MJAlltheWay24 Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Thought we were so worried about player safety in the NFL and worries about adding games? When would an NFL team fit that scrimmage in?
statman Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Bigger bodies and more overall talent, there is no way any college team could beat any NFL team no matter how bad the Browns are.
