I didn't expect Franklin to have as much success as he has this early.

Contract with TV for four teams is 12 years long, Presidents and Commissioners have long said they don't want more than 4 teams in. Contract can't even be considered for revision until after 6 years, so if it doesn't happen then it won't happen until after the original 12 years are up.
