UK plays for field goals too much

Uk is going to go to a bowl after beating Austin Peay. However it's hard for me to tell if this UK team is definitely better than the last 2 teams, or if it just benefitted more from a very easy schedule this year and not playing against many good offenses at all. The running game is still our strength, but zero passing game.

Making the bowl game though should at least help the program though.

I believe it was @gametime who said after we hired their offensive coordinator. That he is great from 20 to 20 but not so much in the red zone, which seems to be very true here at UK too.

Watched the whole game which is rare for me. Those two teams cannot play a lick of defense. Entertaining but BAD football.

I thought we'd get Georgia last week, and could possibly pull one out today, Last week was an unfortunate ending, today we played catch up all game, we'll beat AP and get a Bowl Game atleast, Have to be happy about that as a UK Football fan.

About what I expected, higher scoring than I thought it would be.

Can't throw it. Drives stall.

I hate it when Gran uses the Wildcat all the way down the field until we get inside the 5 yard line and then puts the ball back in Johnson hands. Made it to the one today and got stopped on second. instead of running Snell again, Johnson hands it to Snell and is tripped by our lineman. Let Snell finish the play on his own, Please!!!!!

No they throw it great. They just don't catch it.

He most certainly does not throw it great.

He not quite as bad as fans want to paint him. He put three big time throws right on target today and receivers let him down.

While your right about the dropped passes. Your wrong if you think we throw the ball great. With passes several feet above receivers heads, as well as some at their feet, we do not throw the ball well. Even the catch that Conrad made (the play he was injured on) was a flying duck, wobbling all over the place. He made the catch and there were dropped balls that should have been caught today as well, but to say we are a great passing team is absurd.
