November 9, 20169 yr My picks were closer than 538's. Other left wing publications, such as HuffPost, attacked Nate Silver for giving Trump a 30 percent chance of winning instead of a 90%+ chance. The polls that were released over the weekend were not that bad. The latest state polls predicted a very close election.
