October 28, 20169 yr No. If Trump wins President Obama will Pardon her of any and all actions before he leaves office...he may do it if she wins too, just to stop further investigations.
October 28, 20169 yr Here is a guess - IF Trump wins (you know he is way, way behind....) Two years of Congressional investigations and indictments and trials of lower echelon - DWS, etc. This is to help Repubs in mid-terms (a typical down side election cycle for party in WH). Just when the hammer is coming down on HRC and BC - pardons issued. 'To heal the country after this divisive time.' i.e. - the Watergate model.
October 28, 20169 yr No. If Trump wins President Obama will Pardon her of any and all actions before he leaves office...he may do it if she wins too, just to stop further investigations. How could he pardon her for something she was cleared of? I don't think that's how pardons work.

October 28, 20169 yr How could he pardon her for something she was cleared of? I don't think that's how pardons work. Can't pardon her if she isn't charged yet In Murphy v. Ford (1975), a Federal District Court in Michigan rejected a suit for a declaratory judgment that President Ford's unconditional pardon of Richard M. Nixon was unconstitutional. The court found that the President had the constitutional power to grant a pre-indictment pardon, citing Ex parte Garland in its support. I was pretty sure of this from reading all of the Clancy Novels, but verified it with info above.

October 28, 20169 yr Come on people we have seen this act already during this political campaign. Trump is a blowhard. If he wins the election he won't think twice about Hillary. He'll probably even try to make up with her like he did with all the people he slammed in the Republican primaries. No one I can think of has been more about say anything to get elected than Donald Trump.
October 28, 20169 yr If Trump wins Hillary is going to jail, 12 women and counting will be sued and whoever recorded the bus conversation will be sued. Hell, he may mess around and sue everyone who didn't vote for him. If Trump wins it will be comedy the next four years. I still kind of hope he does so we can see what happens. MtRef has a spot for my family in the bunker. Bring on Trump!!!!!!!

Bring on Hillary!!!!!!!
October 28, 20169 yr Irrelevant, because Trump isn't going to win. This would make it possible that both Clintons would be impeached. You can't make this stuff up.
