Yeah, Santana is going to be kicking himself over missing that pitch. Slider left up and just got under it.

John Smoltz called extra innings for Game 7 last night. I love listening to Smoltz's insight into the game. I think he would be a great manager.

Chapman guts it out. Went to the slider. I think he only threw 4 or 5 fastballs that inning.

 

I think I like the Cubs chances from here. They have more left in their bullpen.

As a Twins fan I'm partial, but there have certainly been more ups and downs while the 1991 game was just a series of waiting for one team to somehow get an offensive advantage over one of the two nearly flawless pitchers.
