October 20, 20169 yr I hadn't watched one second of any of the debates and hadn't planned on watching any last night. I was in the family room watching the baseball game and my wife was in bed watching TV. She texted me and said I was missing the funniest show. I go back and she was watching the debate. I screwed up and decided to watch some of it. It only strengthened my position that there is zero chance I would ever vote for either one of these clowns. I laugh every time I see a trump supporter try to make negative statements about Clinton. It's equally as funny when a Clinton supporter degrades Trump. They are both losers and the fact this is what we have as the top party candidates is a sad commentary on our country. Now that said, what little I watched Clinton came off as the typical politician who gave vague answers, dodged questions, and played it safe. Trump came off as a whack job who has no business running this country. The best point I heard Trump start to make was pointing out that Clinton has been in a position over the last 15 or more years to actually make a difference for all the things she states is wrong with the country yet she has done nothing. Then he yanks the wheel into the ditch and starts rambling about who knows what.

But she laughed and clapped when she claimed credit for Qaddafi's murder. So its difficult to gauge her mentality on people dying and being murdered. Why do you think she laughed? America is built on the belief that when you cast your ballot it is counted. Questioning that is questioning the very core of America. Personally I consider this rigging talk right at the top of the list of bad things Trump has promoted during his campaign. This rigging talk is more ego protection for Donald Trump. He has to find a way to excuse losing the election if he loses. He doesn't care how these statements reflect on our country or impact our voting. He only cares about his ego.

But I hear a statistic yesterday to the effect that out of the last billion (with a b) votes cast (I guess in Presidential elections), there have been 31 verified cases of voter fraud. October 20, 20169 yr Also all the spin trying to compare Trump's statements to Al Gore are comparing apples and oranges. Al Gore did concede once the recount was completed. Conducting a recount in a very close race is part of having fair elections in America and there is nothing wrong with a recount. Donald Trump is causing people to question whether they should even vote and that is terrible. Turnout is bad enough in American elections already. We don't need people making up claims about rigging and causing fewer people to vote.

Unless you live in a highly populated state, your vote is basically null and void. Why do you think no candidates come to KY but maybe once. 8 lousy electoral votes. As compared to CA, NY, OH, FL. Unless you win one or more of those states, you have no chance. Trump could win the majority of states and still lose the election if he loses the large population areas. So your assertion that the electoral college does the opposite is false.
