Purple88 Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 I am going to the BG v Christian County game. But I will have an eye on the T v Brentwood and Manual v Fern Creek and Franklin v Caldwell games.
PurplePride92 Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 All of these games are must see games. http://bluegrasspreps.com/ky-football-high/2016-pick-10-331114.html
hrcarrier Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 IMO, the best games in NKY this week are probably Beechwood/Lloyd or Newport Cathloic/Cooper.
Wireman Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 I'm heading to Danville vs. Southwestern Friday night.
charlesw88 Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 Where is everyone heading week 2 There are a bunch of must see games this week. But if you're asking what THE must see game of this week is it's Louisville Central at Corbin. IMO
Mustang Posted August 24, 2016 Posted August 24, 2016 While not a Northern Kentucky spotlight game, I'm thinking our Brossart vs Cincinnati Aiken game at Bob Miller Stadium in Alexandria at 7pm has the potential to be a thriller. Last year in Cincinnati the game came down to the final play. Aiken is ranked among Cincinnati Public Schools.

Do you not expect SK to win this by a few scores, especially being at home? I though Station lost quite a bit last year, do you expect this to be a good one?

I though Station lost quite a bit last year, do you expect this to be a good one? Nice list but I would think the Ryle/Henry Clay game will be more must see than both the St X and SK/BS games. St. X vs. Lex Cath is much more intriguing of the three games being discussed here. I could flip a coin on SK or Ryle. They are similar type games. I see Henry Clay and Bryan Station about even now but Henry Clay hasn't played yet and they do bring back some talent. Bryan Station did lose quite a bit but they had a nice opening win. That plus the high scoring nature of last year's SK/BS battle make it a little more interesting to me. I could go either way on the interest in those two games, but St. X vs. Lex Cath is the best of the three for me.
