Yep. He works in the Fayette school system if I am not mistaken so I don't think certification is an issue. I could be wrong on that but if Mercer County is worried about all of the prep schools ringing Trevon's phone right now at the very least an interview with Mahorn could be fruitful.

Andre is a good coach. He was an assistant for Happy Osborne in the past.

Don't think they will hire an AAU coach, might be wrong, completely different beast coaching high school basketball, fundraising, budget, parents, supervisors, middle school program, elementary program

2 of those AAU coaches mentioned have multiple years of experience as high school coaches.

Kurt Young is legit. Andre Mahorn is legit. I've heard rumblings of a coach currently coaching at another high school that is interested in the job and I have heard the name Roscoe Denny.

 

 

I can't vouch for any other names mentioned in this thread but the ones that I have listed are people I have heard about.

Which ones have been head coaches other than Maze? I have heard of all of them, and they been trying to be head coaches for a while. Just don't see any of them happening, might be wron

To avoid confusion, I only said Maze as a joke. I throw his name into every coaching search in the state.
