Serious question, I wonder how many athletes could stop playing a sport for eight or nine years and then pick it up again and come anywhere close to playing even this level?

Very very few, if any. I want Tebow to succeed. I love the guy. I think he got a raw deal in the NFL. He's simply not very good at baseball. That's not dogging him or rooting for him to fail, it's just stating facts. The numbers don't lie.
August 16, 20179 yr I'd guess a decent number of pros that were two sport superstars in high school could hit .200 in A ball.
