August 1, 201610 yr My favorite appetizer in NKY/Cincy is the cheese curds at Brothers in Newport. Excellent. Closely followed now by the pretzel sticks/queso at the Fort Mitchell Public House.

August 1, 201610 yr I'm also a sucker for any battered and deep-fried cheese appetizer. As far as chains go I'm a fan of O'Charley's pepperjack cheese wedges. I don't really consider wings an appetizer as I more often than not eat them as a meal.
August 1, 201610 yr Jalapeños stuffed with spicy ground sausage and wrapped with a piece of bacon. Grill 'em up till the bacon is crispy. Delicious

August 1, 201610 yr Cheesesticks with marinara sauce, followed by (GOOD) potstickers. Potato skins. Can't decide between the two, but the Skins have to be loaded up with Sour Cream.
