Lance followed brown to John hardin, Rodgers did not!

Just read today that the PT girls basketball coach was let go. According to the WPSD website, he was surprised and a bit disappointed. Maybe a connection with Rodgers leaving?

Rogers coached at Nelson County under Brown. Gregory coached under Brown at John Hardin. He never coached at Nelson Co.

Lets hope not

Lets hope not

I don't see how there would be a connection

Davis needs to go back and be the band director, he may be the factor in all of this unhappiness in the ranks. Need a strong leader.

Does anyone know if Larry shanks is interested in the job???

What a mess! Its like a Tornado has gone through that place.

Maybe Rogers lands in Mayfield as an assistant for the time being. We have room since we never replaced Hatchell when he moved to SC. Since he is a W=T-er I doubt he would be the coordinator in our highbred spread but I could see him doing this for the time being

Who is in line at PT for the head coach? Hearing a few interesting names........

Who will it be to replace Mikey?

This job is not toxic. This is an outstanding job for the right fit with the passion to bring Tilghman back to its prowess of earlier times. Mark my words as someone in the know. NO ONE will see whats coming in a week or two. The coaching staff will be hand picked and bring an exciting and disciplined brand of football to PT. If all works out this might be a thing of beauty. This will be a staff that the alumni, the kids, the community and the powers that be ALL get behind.

I agree, if they can find the right person who can unite everyone then the potential for a juggernaut is there but so far that has been easier said than done.
