What do Boone's D-Line/LB's look like? That will be a HUGE factor.

Impossible to call this one until it is known to what extent Farris will play. Boone County's offense is so dependent on where he plays (QB, RB, WR) and it has to go back to basics if he is not able to go. Boone County was able to win it with defense when Farris was injured early against Campbell County last year and would need a similar stellar effort against CovCath.

With his ability to play baseball on the Profession level later in his life, if I were his parents, he wouldn't be playing football with a bruised spleen. Why take the chance on injuring something that only rest will repair for one game that really doesn't mean anything....Yes it would be nice for Boone to beat CovCath but in the overall picture of his life....this game means nothing.......

Best wishes to Corey Farris for a speedy recovery. CovCath will be a tough game for Boone even with Corey in the mix. And, I agree with OldGuy on his comments.

Interesting thought. Does CCH underachieve during the season or do they just play a brutal schedule that results in losses to very good teams?

 

 

I think they underachieve. I do give them credit for a tough schedule, but they often struggle with some of the small schools on their schedule.

Yes , but I'm rooting more for his health ! I think Farris is a great RB , that game mean's nothing to his future . Buy the way , CCH should win this game anyway . I like this team alot with all them X- Raiders on it ! I'm pulling for CCH this year to WIN state , BIG TIME !:thumb:
