February 25, 201610 yr So I guess it all depends on how we self identify on any given day. I'll tell you what, if some guy self identifies himself into the locker room with my teenage daughters or my wife, I'd likely be on the national news that evening as a self identified vigilante.

I agree regarding an assault but what's to stop a man from just going in to a women's restroom and just staring at the women? My issue is that we as a society are going so overboard in protecting the rights of someone "identifying" himself as a woman that we are ignoring the rights of real women that don't want some dude in a bathroom/changing area with them creeping them out. Do they not have that right? It just amazes me that any man with a wife, girl friend or daughter is OK with this garbage...
