He was overcome with knowing he just cost his team the game the instant the ball left his hand. He knew it was a no-no...

You could read Humphries lips when he called the T, he said, Oh my God, I can't believe that.

Kennedy picking Skal to shoot the free throws instead of Briscoe was certainly a terrible call. :lol2:

Here's what really matters...how bad is Willis' injury? The whole season rides on that injury.

I will have to hear the officials say they let the coach pick. I don't think that's how it works. I think Cal picked.

And? He spiked the ball and instantly reacted like he knew the consequence. I think it actually might have been allowed to slide if it happened quickly. The spike was several seconds after the play and put the ref in a terrible spot. It is what it is...

Nope. Kennedy has already said he knew he made the wrong decision after seeing Skal make the first free throw.

May see Mulder get some more minutes to try and stretch the defense like Willis has been able to do.

Cal got to pick because he fouled out. Kennedy had no say

Wrong. Kennedy picked.

Per Kyle Tucker To clear this up: Billy Kennedy says A&M was allowed to pick the FT shooter after Humphries fouled out. Assistant chose Skal. Not Briscoe?

Kennedy says the assistant who scouted Kentucky recommended Skal

Calipari said Willis' injury is "significant"

Is anything you ever post on this site worth reading?

Not a one....

Wrong. Kennedy picked.

The ref said to Bilas that this was not an injury replacement and that the sub Cal subbed in would be the shooter.

Pretty sure the opposing coach only picks the FT shooter in case of an injury. In this case the sub the coach puts in shoots the FT's. The ref even came over and told the announcers that.

The ref said to Bilas that this was not an injury replacement and that the sub Cal subbed in would be the shooter.

So Kennedy is just making stuff up?
