February 21, 201610 yr And as I mentioned earlier, just because refs blew a call before doesn't mean they should continue to blow calls does it? In the history of slamming the ball down you guys provide one time in which it wasn't called a technical. You all have proven that 99% of the time it is called a technical foul. A player slammed the ball down today in the Maryland game, no T called. That being said, the smart move is to not take the chance and just hand it nicely to the ref.

February 21, 201610 yr Time for me to jinx UK. The Wildcats have become a really good shooting team, with some great elements about it. With that said, I still don't consider them a good offensive team, if that makes sense. If Skal was half of what we thought he would be - say 8 and 5 a game - UK would be much more dynamic.

Where there is one, there are probably other examples. Please note that the example was a National title game. If judgment can be used there in very similar game circumstances, why not in this one?

I am not saying I do either but it is a "judgment" call...pun intended...
February 22, 201610 yr Willis's ankle. Basically looked like my ankle from 15 months ago. I had trouble walking for weeks, hopefully with him being younger and access to better treatment, it wont' be as bad for him. However, I suspect he's going to be in a walking boot for a while.

I was on crutches for a week or two and a walking boot for almost a month.

February 22, 201610 yr Sounds like Coach Cal confirmed on the SEC Coach's Call that he was the one that chose Skal to shoot the FTs.
February 22, 201610 yr Kentucky goes nowhere without Derek Willis. He is the game changer for this team. If I had just awakened from a four-month coma, I would swear that I must be in the Twilight Zone. Where's Rod Serling?
