Campbell County 60 Scott 48

Disagree all you want. I've seen worse this year & in this game. Didn't show anyone up, unlike others.

Threw a towel down at his feet off the floor & picked it up.

Terrible call from 60+ feet

Instead of watching the towel, you should have been reading his lips. Every time.

Camels fought hard tonight. Early foul trouble but managed through it. Great job Camels!!

The Blarge

Worst call in basketball

Blarge?????? What is that?

Blarge?????? What is that?

One ref calls a block; one calls a charge

Ends up a double foul & they go to the possession arrow for the ball.

It's sad this is even an actual call that is allowed in a game

Because nothing is said to him?

So he said something to the ref 60+ feet away to get the T?

One correction.

They do not go to the possession arrow in all cases. Depends where the ball is when the blarge occurs. In a typical scenario where the offensive player has the ball when the contact occurs the offense retains the ball regardless of the arrow.

How would you write the rule ?

BBA officiating has gone straight down hill from where it use to be.

At least the volleyball line wasn't called out of bounds tonight..

It's got to be one or the other.

Tonight it was on a drive to the basket (would have been "and 1" if block).

Baseline official had a block, he clearly had best view of the defender.

I'd write the rule with "whiteout". The Blarge needs to go

This was a teaching moment for him and he blew it. I realize he was very DISPLEASED by the call but I've seen it called this year. It was a hard fought game but it still comes down to respect. If he doesn't respect the officials, whom we know are always right, how can the players?

I thought that two of the three officials were solid, and that the grey beard should have gone out for a smoke and we'd have had a better officiated game.

The technical on Brad Carr early was weak (by Brad Carr standards).

Scott had an early game 8-0 run. Campbell Co had a 14-0 mid-game run (28-34 to 42-34). Scott then went on a 6-0 run of their own, but Campbell County drew off late to post a deceiving 62-50 win.

This gives both Campbell County and Scott a 37th District Seeding loss. Brossart will play Scott on February 22nd with a win giving the Mustangs the district top-seed or a loss sending the seeding process to a coin flip.

It was a silly foul on his part knowing he had 4. I have no issues with that call.

My problem is the T. The official was looking for it from 60+ feet away.

There was a jump ball call & a player tonight said to an official 3-5 feet from him "that's horrible" & ran away from official with ball.

Where's the T there?

If an official makes a call he had a good view. Now what?

Always?

It can't be both. You know that as well as anyone

Coin flip.

Call a guy in New York.

Always? It can't be both. You know that as well as anyone

My question , again, is how should the time read when two officials make a call?
