How many rings will Brady have before retirement?

He's got all that he is going to get IMO. His supporting cast and O-line aren't good enough at his age to get anymore unless they do a whole lot in the off season.

I don't think he gets anymore. Time is running out and there will be some stiff competition the next couple years.

I understand why Brady wants a fifth. If he gets a fifth, he would have surpassed every legend, most importantly, his childhood hero Joe Montana. He would be the undisputed goat. That fifth ring will seal the deal, even though he has already made his statement or case that he is the goat. He isn't the undisputed goat, but he has certainly made his argument so far.

I think (and hope) Brady has all that he is going to get.

 

I think that Brady should be considered the GOAT but with the talent around him I don't see him getting another unless they bring in some help.

I don't think they need to much revamping they almost pulled it off yesterday. The Patriots have and will continue to do it with less as long as Belichek and Brady is still there and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets another one in the next 3 years. Tom Brady is still motivated and driving, he has a chip on his shoulder still from when he was drafted I would never count him out.

Man, that OL was absolutely humiliated yesterday. Patriots have been getting by on the cheap for a long time, especially on OL. It really depends upon how the organization behaves given Brady, while still very effective, is in the twilight of his carrier. Will the organization to spend money on free agency, or continue the pattern of drafting in volume and signing undrafted free agents? Of coarse, thanks to deflategate, the Pats have no first round draft pick this year.

With the likes of Butler, Hightower, Collins, Ninko, and Jones they have a defense that is going to be among the league's elite for the next few seasons.

 

Edelman and Gronk give them a good start on the offensive side. Lewis and Blount will be back next year as well which will give the offense a boost, as should their actual starting offensive line.

 

If they could add a WR that can stretch the field, Alshon Jeffery, Marvin Jones, Travis Benjamin to name a few, they'll be right back here again next season.

Hard to be a pocket passer anymore with the defense's that are out there. The O-Linemen coming out of college hardly get in a 3 point stance anymore, realistically you have to say (0), unless they get a better offensive line, and better WR's. I will say they were on their 3rd string RB yesterday and still almost pulled it off. What has helped the Patriots for so long is that weak division and capturing homefield advantage in the playoffs. Have they ever won the AFC playing on the road like they did yesterday?

Chances are, zero, but he certainly can. The odds are not in favor of anyone winning a Superbowl. Keep in mind that the Patriots/Brady went a decade without winning a ring. What he has going for them is being in the AFC East. It has been the biggest advantage for the Patriots during this run, guaranteeing at least one home playoff game, generally a bye, and subsequently an easier path to the Superbowl. Now they have created their own success, but this is a QB league. The best QB the AFC East consistently put on the field since 2001 was Chad Pennington. Say that again, Chad Pennington.

In Big Ben's rookie year they won the AFC title game in Pittsburgh. First Superbowl they won at Pittsburgh. I think I heard they have not won a road playoff game since '06 or '07. Granted, they have not played on the road much.
