Burfict needs to go

Featured Replies

I guess I'll start it. If Marvin doesn't have the guts to do it, then Katie Blackburn should. This guy is an exceptional player. Problem is he is a total idiot/ liability on the field. If he's let go does another team pick him up?

He's young and stupid... Reminds me of Odell Thurman, but not a problem off the field...

Coaches have to control him or sit him... It's more on them IMO...

I don't think there is a duh there. I say get rid of him. I am not speaking out of emotion because that loss tonight really does not bother me. I have been resigned to the Bengals losing in the playoffs for a couple years now and expected the loss tonight. Yes, Burfict is a great player. And he is a terrible player. Balance the great plays with the terrible plays and the terrible plays outweigh the great ones, just like we saw tonight.

He's the dirtiest player in the NFL. A duh is definitely in order.

you guys don't realize that without him.....this team wouldn't be in the situation they were tonight "IN THE PLAYOFFS!"

I'd give him a chance to be coached by a real head coach before I threw his talent away. Immature--Absolutely! Un-controlable--Yet to be determined?

That's what I'm saying... Steelers always have had these kinda guys (Harrison for example)... Championship teams have to have these guys... The coaching staff has to control them...

Burfict is the main reason the Bengals started stopping the run so well this year...

Remember how below average Malauga was before Burfict got here?

The guy is a difference maker... He needs a Belichik type of coach to really control him IMO...

Absolutely, the kid changed the

Momentum of the game with the hit on Ben and really "won" the game with the INT...

Coach him up....

Burfict didn't loose that game, Hill did.

Thank you! Agree!

I clearly know his history, but I hoesntly don't think he was going at him like that on the play. He had to pull up last second and it was already too late.

If Hill lost the game then McCarron lost the game and Peko lost the game and....

It's not one guy. Some are just magnified.

They both did.

If Burfict didn't make the plays he made, Ben would've kept marching down field and we would've lost 23- 3 in all likelihood...

Without Burfict this team was on its way to being blown out.
